✅ RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
To confirm the reservation, a payment of 30% of the total amount must be made through one of the following options:

⚠️ If the transfer is made from a bank other than CaixaBank, it is necessary to send the payment receipt.
⚠️ For high-value bookings, you can contact us directly to arrange installment payments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
🚫 All rates are non-refundable. This means that the reservation cannot be canceled and the amount paid will not be refunded.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
💳 A hold of €100 will be placed on the credit card provided at the time of booking. This amount will be used in case of any damage to the property. The hold will be released after verifying the correct condition of the space during cleaning.
HOUSE RULES AND ACCOMMODATION USE
Timetable:
🕒 Check-in: From 5:00 p.m.
🕛 Check-out: Until 12:00 p.m.
Prohibited:
🚭 Smoking inside the accommodation is not allowed.
🎉 No parties, fireworks, or loud music.
🚪 No access for people not listed in the reservation, inside or outside the property.
Pets:
🐾 Pets must respect other animals, the lawn, furniture, parquet floors, and other guests' rest.
🛏️ Pets are not allowed on the bed or sofa; bringing their own bed is recommended.
An additional cleaning fee applies for pets.
Sustainability:
🌱 Guests are asked to use water, electricity, and heating responsibly.
🗑️ Garbage must be disposed of in the recycling containers located 500 m before reaching the main road toward Sant Celoni.
