RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
🛎️ At the time of booking, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

⚠️ For high-value bookings, you may contact us directly to arrange payment in installments.

CANCELLATION POLICY
🚫 All rates are non-refundable. This means that the reservation cannot be canceled, and the amount paid will not be refunded.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
💳 A €100 hold will be placed on the credit card provided at the time of booking. This amount will be used in case of any damage to the accommodation. The hold will be released after verifying the proper condition of the space during cleaning.

HOUSE RULES AND USE OF THE ACCOMMODATION

Timings:
🕒 Check-in: From 5:00 PM.
🕛 Check-out: By 12:00 PM.

Prohibitions:
🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodations.
🎉 Parties, fireworks, and loud music are not permitted.
🚪 Access is prohibited to individuals not listed in the reservation, both inside and outside the accommodations.

Pets:
🐾 Pets must respect other animals, the lawn, the furniture, the flooring, and the rest of other guests.
🛏️ They are not allowed on the sofa or bed; it is recommended to bring their own bed.

Sustainability:
🌱 Guests are requested to use water, electricity, and heating responsibly.
🗑️ Garbage must be disposed of in the recycling bins located 500 meters before reaching the road toward Sant Celoni.
